Your first question:
Go to http://wordpress.com and sign up from there
Second Question
This is very complicated to explain
First get the screen shot you want,
Now press PRINT SCRN next to F12
Now go to Microsoft Paint and press ctrl+v
Then crop the picture down by making the picture smaller!

I only liked the one with the jackhammer and puffle. ONLY ONE
